This smoothie gives you energy, from coconut water’s hydration powers, and an antioxidant-punch from the delicious mango. This is a perfect go-to for an “on the go” breakfast. This recipe makes two servings so feel free to stash it in the fridge for later, or share with a partner, friend, or coworker!
- 2 c ripe mango chunks
- 2 to 3 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 2 c unsweetened coconut water
- Pinch of cayenne powder
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix until liquid is smooth, then serve.
